Bell boys where amazing Everything else was just ok

Excellent stay! Beautiful room with a comfortable bed. Very spacious as well. Staff are friendly and helpful. Perfect location. Quiet but right on the port.

the front desk staff were not helpful, dismissive and rude. i chalked it up to being french (and i'm from US, so assumed it was against me personally) but i think in hospitality you should at least fake it. the pool is limited to adults only, so not a great place if you are traveling with kids. lovely property, nice rooms, nice location but would not stay there again.

Bonjour, la chambre était propre, le prix très cher pour la chambre qu’on avait on a vu mieux ailleurs. Le Monsieur qui est venu pour arranger l’air climatisé et la télé était efficace et très sympathique mention spéciale pour lui. Les références de la concierge n’étaient pas précis et nous n’étions pas impressionnés par ses recommandations. Elle disait aucun restaurant ouvert vers 14:30 ce n’est pas ça qu’on a vu.

Our experience was wonderful, the hotel is well located in the heart of the city with magnificent views of Notre Dame de la Garde. It’s in a quiet area within Le Panier and their restaurant was excellent. We stayed on the top floor and our room had a private patio where we enjoyed a quiet breakfast and were able to relax after sightseeing. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and spoke English and were very helpful with recommendations for seeing the sights. We felt very safe and taken care of, highly recommend it.

Extraordinario inmueble y ubicacion

We had a great stay overall, and the staff was very nice and accommodating throughout our visit. The main issue involved the air conditioning in our room upon arrival. When we initially couldn’t get the temperature lower, we were told the system was controlled by the front desk and that they would adjust it remotely. After waiting about an hour with no improvement, we called again and someone came to the room to make adjustments on site. When that still didn’t resolve the issue, another staff member came to inspect it further and eventually discovered the unit was never actually turning on in the first place and was broken the entire time. After several trips back and forth over the course of many hours, we ultimately had to move to another room. I understand that things happen, but it was frustrating after already unpacking, and you would think the room systems would be checked prior to assigning the room to guests. The other downside was the gym, which is extremely minimal. It would be nice to see the hotel invest a bit more into the fitness area, even if it’s just adding some basic universal equipment to make it more functional. Other than those small issues it's a great location, clean and the staff was very nice.
