Great

Stayed with kids

We enjoyed our stay. The buffet was okay, had plenty of options so you could find something to enjoy. Staff very friendly, but didn't like the upselling when we first checked in. We just wanted to get to our room after a long flight. Ayami was a great restaurant, and the hibachi experience is a must do! The pools were clean and the swim up bar was really fun.

Good

Stayed with family · For friends and family

Room was clean and ac kind of worked. Room wasn't hot but also couldn't really get cool. 72 degrees is the coldest you can set the ac and it never turns off. The elevators are a nightmare. They are extremely hot and slow. Only 3 elevators running for the entire resort. There is nowhere to get a bottle of water before 11 am for some reason so be prepared. Buffet was pretty good with some changes each day. The steakhouse was mediocre at best. The service was terrible there and very slow. Food was OK and no actual steak to order which made no sense. The risotto resturant on the other hand was great. They have a filet there that is great. The hibachi was also excellent. One of the main thing that also made these two restaurants great was our waiter ceaser. Ceaser was amazing and remembered me and my wifes name anytime he seen us even when not waiting on us. Making it a truly personal experience. The pool was lively with somthing going on regularly. The pool bar tender was also good every day working hard. The runner around the pool was also great. The bad.... the resort itself is hot. They pick and chose what restaurants to open each day making wait times long sometimes. Entertainment is just not there outside the pool this time. Which was not the case when I was there in December. Overall the property is OK for the price. The staff are great. The location is great. Will stay again

Fantastic

First of all, what a great first all inclusive and tropical resort experience. The staff from start to finish were extremely helpful and the service was top notch. The food being served was phenomenal in the cafeteria and the restaurants were great. The pool was very nice and both bars were awesome. Unfortunately I did come down with a stomach bug that lasted a few days but that was due to my fault eating some older deli sandwich but it wouldn’t bring my rating down as I had a phenomenal experience and would highly recommend.

The staff, food, and property suck. That’s it. No need for a lengthy review. The view and location and prime but not with the trade offs of fundamentals to an amazing trip which are amazing staff, great food, and a well kept property that reflects the price.

We never got to stay at that hotel they stole $2800 of our money and did not refund. They did not offer any other future dates to come for a trip. They stole $2800 of our money. This hotel is a scam and they do not make it right. Most managers would make sure that they make sure that customers are happy and want to return. This hotel is a crook

Hotel was super hot, getting into the elevator is like getting into a sauna! Food was terrible, not friendly to the non- pork eaters. Hotel room was fairly clean, at the beginning the room we got had an AC issue then we were moved to a different room, the hotel staff should’ve done better job in inspecting the rooms before handing them over to us Beach was nasty due to the seaweed issue accross all of Cancun mother nature

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days.First day I walked in the hotel I was sweating it was so hot inside and the elevator had no air conditioner too.Food and restaurant need more choices. If you Only stay one night is ok.Also at night time there is no shows or any other entertainment they only play music. Also There was too much seaweed on the beach so we couldn’t play there.

The staff was amazing…! The hotel is older but well maintained. The bar service at the pool was great (Thanks Osvaldo!!!) Sad thing, but not the hotel’s fault is sargassum at the beach was terrible, we spent all week at the pool. The buffet food could do a little better too… Overall is a great hotel and would be amazing when no sargassum.
