I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and very approachable, which made the experience even better. The complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service was especially convenient and appreciated. The food was of good quality, though the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. Internet connectivity could be improved, as the Wi-Fi signal was inconsistent and I occasionally had to rely on mobile data. Overall, the level of service was excellent, and the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to guests looking for quality service and a relaxing experience.

Eloisa Royal Suites is strategically located near the airport. It is also near the outlet stores if you're in for a shopping spree. Room is cleaned and staff are very accommodating. Provides free airport transfer which is a plus. Swimming pool is closed though during our stay.
