GreatStayed with partner
We had a lovely stay at Sol Oasis. It was nearly faultless. Lovely staff, clean and beautiful environment, smart room and good shower etc. The location is convenient for Marrakech and it's nice to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city to our little oasis. For us, there wasn't much to fault however the buffet and cocktails were a little style over substance. A lot of the food was very bland, the deserts look incredible but they were mostly all tasteless. For us the cocktails were like drinking neat cordial/Robinsons fruit squash, we tried a couple of them, but they were not drinkable. The pool was incredible, massive and great for doing laps. The rest of the facilities were really impressive. We used the gym every day, played tennis and more. Overall, I would return!

GoodStayed with friends
Hotel was nice clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was all AMAZING especially Fatima she did my welcome meeting and helped in finding the best excursions and tours. The hotel spa was also AMAZING did my first hammam massage and it was great, had an amazing experience. The food was ok, being in morocco i really wanted that authentic Moroccan cooking but unfortunately the hotel was more mordern in the foods. After 2 nights and the food was the same i ate dinner out the rest of the time. Alcoholic beverages were weak and watered down even shots were watered down. The hotel does offer nightly entertainment like karaoke, shows, live band music etc. but by11pm everything is closed and over for the day. No food, drinks, nothing after 11pm. So again went out most nights. Rooms was ok clean and comfortable, even though room was cleaned daily towels and sheets were not changed had to ask for new ones. Overall ok stay hotel grounds are gorgeous and hotel is gated with security.

Fantastic The spa was excellent enjoyed several treatments and a swim in the indoor pool.
The staff a super friendly and encourage participation in activities or leave you alone which ever is your thing.
Access to Marrakech is easy with the shuttle bus.
The pool looked amazing sadly we did not have the weather for going in a little cold and wet.

GoodStayed with kids
We traveled as a family of two adults and two children. The hotel itself is beautiful; however, there are several areas that need improvement.
When booking, we expected English-speaking staff, but the majority of the team spoke primarily French with very limited English. Communication was difficult at times, and on multiple occasions staff struggled to understand our requests.
Twice we contacted room service for beverages. When we requested water, it took a very long time to arrive, and we needed it urgently for our toddlers. On another occasion, we ordered three sodas; they took most of the day to be delivered, and only one was left in the room. We also requested ice after our daughter fell and hit her face, but despite calling room service, the ice was never delivered. Additionally, room service does not provide food delivery only extra pillows and beverages.
The beds were another concern. The main bed was very firm, and the sofa bed our toddlers slept on was extremely hard almost like sleeping on the floor. As a result, we all experienced back pain throughout the week due to poor sleep. I would strongly recommend that management personally check both the sofa beds and mattresses for comfort.
Housekeeping also fell short of expectations. The room appeared to be lightly sprayed and quickly wiped down, but towels and sheets were never changed during our stay, which did not feel hygienic.
Lastly, there is no complimentary airport shuttle; transportation to the airport requires

This hotel is a hidden gem. It's a little out of the centre of town, but offers a complimentary shuttle service. Rooms are comfortable, bright and airy. Buffet food is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a different theme in the evening each day. There are also two other a la carte options (which we did not try). Super friendly, inclusive staff offering a full entertainment programme. All in all, a very solid choice.

We had a lovely Christmas stay at Sol Oasis Marrakech with my parents, our first holiday abroad together. From start to finish, the service was excellent and communication was very good. Airport transfers were smooth and on time, and we received a warm and friendly welcome on arrival.
Although our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, we were invited to enjoy lunch from the buffet, which was much appreciated. When the rooms were ready, my parents were delighted to find their room decorated for their 40th wedding anniversary, a thoughtful touch that made the trip extra special.
Despite rainy weather, the hotel had a cosy atmosphere with great entertainment, Moroccan vibes, and outdoor fireplaces in the evenings. The spa was the highlight of our stay – the hammam and massage treatments were absolutely divine. Overall, excellent service and a very memorable stay. We would happily return.
