The hotel derives the name from the common word “That Place”, to create a sense of modern feel to the contemporary design of the interior of the building, converting from the previous layout of the floor plans of a ten year old food court into a 12 uniquely designed hotel rooms in the midst of Kuala Belait Town in Brunei's Oil and Gas Industrial Area, housing a small but comfy café at the reception. Boasting the latest technological systems, Tat Place utilizes Touch & Go System for the doors for the Night Entrances and all the guest rooms' doors, as well as credit card lockable in room safe amongst others. High Speed Internet can be connected wirelessly in the café and with the privacy of our guests' work in mind; high speed internet cable connection is used in the guest rooms at the working table.
