We arrived at 8:30pm. Restaurant was closed and not even the snack bar or coffee was available. No room service available and nothing explained. When we came down in the morning, lobby was full of litter and fast food bags. Room was clean and bed was comfortable so tolerable.

Facilities are old. There are stains on sofa and chair. But staff are nice and helpful. Location is a bit far from city centre. Hotel is a 10 min walk from metro station, not far but not close too.

Great 2019年9月に利用しました。部屋は広くてきれいで快適でした。朝食も種類がたくさんありおいしかったです。
レセプションにいるスタッフは英語も話せて、いつもいるわけではないですが、少し日本語を話すスタッフもいらっしゃいました。朝食の時間の案内を聞かないとしないなど、トレーニング中だったのかもしれませんが、少し不案内だったなと感じましたが、個人的には聞けば済むので気にしていません。
成都北駅の近くということで予約しましたが、今のところ、Hotels.comで案内されている場所、グーグルマップで案内されている場所と本当のホテルの場所が違って、少し探しました。百度地図にしかホテルが表示されていませんので、駅から歩いていく場合は、注意してください。
