checked in an hour earlier and they accommodated us. i think it's a family owned business and they are also the staff. they are really nice people. the location's good as well as it's near the bts and the malls. the hotel and the room are really aesthetic and smell so good. they also provide a complimentary snack. all in all, it's a really good place. 🩷
