Very happy with our stay.

Self checkin and checkout was very convenient. Hotel had very clean rooms, bathrooms, beds, comforters. Included breakfast was good to start the day strong. We didn’t have any pets but it definitely seemed pet friendly hotel. We saw a lovely cat always sleeping in the chair by the reception desk. Loved our short stay and will definitely come back in future.

Good location and comfortable. Breakfast had a little to be desired but acceptable and showers were extremely small. We also were unable to get small washcloths and had to use larger towels in this place

Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Was slightly inconvenient having the bathroom along the corridor but it didn't cause any issues and we enjoyed the stay. Well located place with nice vibe, nice cat, decent breakfast, tourist information etc It would've been nice to check in with an actual human rather than via a touchscreen in the street - felt slightly lacking the personal touch

They didn’t have elevator,We stayed in 5th and wash room in outside . We are senior, no one help to carry the luggage .

This hotel is located on the very quiet street, but at the same time in the short walking distance from restaurants, shopping and attractions. 10 min away from Interlaken West station. Only one mile of very pleasant walking to a larger station Interlaken OST. Good breakfast, friendly staff, nice garden with picnic area.

Room was o.k. nothing special although the air conditioning unit was good. Bathroom was very small and access into show was tight ! Breakfast selection wasn’t very inspiring and selection of cooked meats looked cheap.

I had a terrible stay and can’t believe this hotel carries a 3-star rating, it deserves 1-star at best. Don’t be fooled by the cheaper price. It’s essentially self-service: no reception, just a local phone number that may or may not answer in emergencies. The building has a constant stuffy smell, the “winder” staircase is dangerously narrow for carrying luggage, and our room (#29) had a private bathroom located outside across the hall like a dorm. At 11pm we discovered the shower had only scalding hot water with no cold option in 90° summer heat, and the bathroom also had bugs. Check-in/out is through a self-service machine that wasn’t even working at departure. Worst of all, the owner is completely untrustworthy: they charged me ~$3,600 a month in advance despite booking “Pay at Property” via Hotels.com, then refused to refund after I cancelled within the refund window. I only recovered my money after disputing the charge with my credit card company. This review is for the stay I actually completed after cancelling my original reservation, an experience so bad it left me with nightmares until my refund was secured. This hotel is unsafe, unreliable, and deceptive. Avoid it at all costs.
