A good place for families and couples looking for a relaxing vacation. The pools are amazing and the private beach is clean with clear water. The facilities are all well-maintained and most of the staff are super polite. More locals than foreigners. You might find it difficult to talk to the staff in English. The downside is that if you're planning to go to the city often, there won't be any options other than a cab, which will cost around $25, one way. (The resort said they would be hiring a shuttle service starting in August 2022.)
Upon arrival, you'll be assigned to a duty manager who will help you with pretty much anything you need. I would suggest sending an email before arriving and asking for "Van". She is the most competent, dedicated and supportive staff in the whole resort.
