A cash security deposit of MYR 100 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. Guests are allowed to do simple cooking in the apartment. Kindly collect keys at E1, Block Eugenia, Greenhill Resort. Please contact the property directly prior to your arrival for key collection. The apartment does not provide any towels. Please request in advance and pay directly to the apartment. The property has a strict no-party policy. The property has group restrictions allowing up to 8 adults maximum. This property is independently operated by an individual owner. It is a private unit of vacation home and therefore does not have a check-in counter. The owner will arrange a session of ‘Meet & Greet’ for key handover and familiarization of the property. Guests will have access to owner’s contact details in case of any query of the property. Towels are not provided at this property. Guests are advised to bring their own towels. Guests are required to pay Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) of MYR 3.00 per room per night, as required by the Pahang State Government. This amount is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly to the hotel.
