lies strategically at the heart of the old quarter. restaurants and malls are just a walking distance away. the hotel also offers tours, when you haven't had yours yet. and the staff are helpful and courteous. will definitely come back.

Had a terrific stay in the hotel. We arrived at 1 pm and they let us check-in early for free, plus they've upgraded our room from standard to suite with a balcony view. Staff was very nice and the room was very clean (although there was a lack of hot water for showers but we managed). The location is very near St. Joseph's Cathedral where you can hear the bell chimes during early mornings and Hoan Kiem lake where it was a good place to jog and walk around. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet. Lots of differenf options, they change the main dishes frequently and you can order pho (noodle soup) as well. We definitely had our fill and we highly recommend!
