Overall a pleasant outing with my children. We went on a Friday, minimal crowd, almost zero queues at every ride. only shortfall is the place is abit run-down, I guess some maintenance work need to be done.

quite a long time i did not go for a vacation with wife and kids and the vacation here really covers up all the losses time. appreciate the staff and the accommodation is really in a good fresh state making all of hs happy. worth the money spend. tq Legoland.

We booked a 3D2N stay through Klook, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. We especially appreciated the direct access to the theme park through the hotel lobby, which made things much more convenient during our stay. One thing we really enjoyed was the in-house entertainment, which starts from as early as 10am. Because of this, we highly recommend arriving earlier to make the most of the facilities and activities, even though the official check-in time is only at 4pm. The breakfast spread also offered a good variety of choices, and we were impressed that the staff replenished the food quickly whenever items were running low. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenience, entertainment, and service provided. Hopefully, the communication and coordination for special arrangements can be improved in the future.

1 minute walk from the park, excellent choices for breakfast, the downside is that we were unable to solve the puzzle so we couldn't open the safe box. They should allow the staff to provide the solution so we would be able to retrieve the special gift.

It was a novel experience staying at Legoland hotel. The hotel design, themed rooms, LEGO treasure hunt in the room, and LEGOs for kids to play everywhere were great! Proximity to the main Legoland attractions also made things really convenient. Staff were also friendly and helpful. A couple of areas for improvement: 1. Some parts of the hotel look dated. the colours have faded in the tropical sun and could do with a fresh coat of paint. 2. The breakfast was disappointing. Mostly carbohydrates and not befitting the quality associated with LEGO.

Legoland Hotel was absolutely amazing! We celebrated our son鈥檚 7th birthday here, and it became such a memorable experience for our family. Although the official check-in time was 4:00PM, we arrived at 11:00AM and were happy that they already gave us our keycard, so we were able to enter our room early. We truly appreciated their great service. Our son loved the pirate-themed room, especially solving the clues to unlock the treasure box and receiving free LEGO souvenirs. The room was not only fun but also very comfortable, and we wished we could have stayed longer because 2 nights felt too short. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices. We had so much fun at the theme park, and our son especially enjoyed the water park. The hotel鈥檚 location was also very convenient since Mall of Medini is just beside it, with many dining options and a grocery store nearby. Overall, it was a wonderful and unforgettable birthday celebration. We would definitely love to come back again!
