The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room faced the building next door, but it was still suitable and spacious enough for two people. The location is very convenient—just a 3–5 minute walk to Seoul Subway Myeong‑dong Station and very close to the Myeong‑dong shopping district. There is also a convenience store right outside the hotel lobby, which was very convenient

Checked in on the 9 Nov 25. Annie passed us our room key. The first night was rough because the aircon in our room kept making loud on-and-off whirring noises, and the rain shower was dripping even when turned off. The next morning, I spoke to Nora at the front desk and played her my recording. She immediately offered a room change and told us to leave our packed bags at the lobby before noon so the team could move everything for us. She even made sure the fruits we bought were placed in the new fridge, which was really thoughtful. When we returned around 9pm, we collected the new key from Lily. The difference was huge.T he new room was quieter, more comfortable, and had a lovely street view instead of the previous wall-facing one. We finally slept well. Big thanks to Annie, Nora and Lily for the smooth room change and warm hospitality. Their help truly made our stay so much more pleasant. Not forgetting Yun (Mgr) to her and her team.

transport access: easy to access taxi 5 to 7 mins walk to myeondong street breakfast: only korean food not international cuisine hotel location: good cleanliness: good service: good as well so far i love staying here it just small space and no netflix or youtube in the tv for the kids

The location was near to the station so its pretty easy transportation. the bathroom though is very small and there was not much space for us to move
