The hotel is located near MRT stations and bus stops so it's convenient to get around. Staffs are accommodating and mostly friendly. The downside is just the AC in the room is centralized so everytime we want to adjust it, we have to call the front office and there are times when it didn't get adjusted either. Also for the bathroom amenities, they strangely didn't give us soap, but instead body lotion.

They let us check in 2:00pm even the check in time is 3pm which is really good. Accessible to mrt and bus. The location is good food is everywhere. Beside the hotel is 7/11 which we really like. Accomodating staff! Thank you hotel 81 Rochor.
