it looks new on the outside, and in the pictures but very old inside. its nestled in a residential area with a lot of life past midnight. i definitely recommend checking around for some great, freshly cooked food. if you’re here, definitely check these stores in the photos.

The hotel is very near the Bang Sue station, ideal if you have to go to Ayutthaya the next morning after your good night sleep at Livotel! In my case, a 2pm check in was ideal after coming from Ayutthaya, all the way from the early airport arrival. Buffet breakfast is great, very clean, and each room has a view! The price is worth it! Lastly, stores, fruit vendors, and restaurants in the vicinity are very helpful! Will try other Livotel Hotels!

Decent hotel at a budget. Clean rooms. Good housekeeping staff. Location can be a bit far from the hustle bustle which can be a pro or con depending on what you need. All in all though, you get what you paid for 10/10.

if you want to stay in a quiet area, you could book this one. there are nearby stores and restaurants, but it’s a bit far from the known shopping malls.

I had a great stay here and very near with BTS STATION SENA NIKHOM. so i can easily travel to any locations. While the building may look old, the staff are very friendly and very helpful. the location has few tourist and you can experience authentic thai lifestyle and food here.

The place itself was so nice and clean. There were several stores like 7/11 nearby including some street foods for a meal if you are in budget. Just take a grab if you are going to IconSiam or Chatuchak Market. Taking a ride of Songthaew is confusing you might get lost.

The location is convenient, especially if you need to be near Kasetsart University. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Another plus is the ample parking space. However, some parts of the room feel a bit outdated, and cleanliness could be improved. I also encountered a cockroach during my stay, which was a downside. Overall, it’s okay if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place and don’t mind a few flaws.
