露天風呂のお湯の温度が暑すぎる。 脱衣所のロッカーの鍵が腕に巻けないので落としやすい。 朝食のお茶が濃すぎる。ジュースの揃えが悪い。 洗濯機無料はとても良い。

施設、一般的なホテル・サービスも良好でしたが、ホテルのロケーションも至近距離に多くの日本食レストランがあり、また日本食スーパーの富文があるのも長期滞在者には大変助かります。なんといっても日本語でコミュニケーションのできるホテルスタッフのサービス精神や親切さが貴重です。日本から持ち込んだスマホの調子が悪くうまく機能しなかったときは皆で協力して修復に取り組んでくれ、それでもだめだったので、翌日個人的に空いているスマホを持ってきてくれ、滞在中代償も取らずに貸してくれました。

入口が階段を下ったところにあるのがウィークポイント。 スタッフは優しく朝食も美味しいので荷物が少ない時は積極的に利用したい。

Bad on all staff, no ine speak English. Only Japanese and Vietnamese. From check in to check out, no help at all. Fully not suggest to NON Japanese to stay there.
