The hotel is too far from famous tourist spots and business districts. Some staff cannot speak English, but It is not a problem but they are still polite and helpful whenever I need their help. The place is quiet and clean. I no longer have to tell the attendant to make up or clean up my room. They always take the initiative to do it. The food is good, even though for my five-day stay, it’s menu was on repeat but still delicious and they always serve a fusion of american and thailand cuisine. Hope they can improve with their Internet connection, cause I have experienced and intermittent or interruptive internet services and some areas have poor signal reception. Overall, the hospitality of the staff and the ambience of the hotel is great. Will recommend this to my friends and family when they visit thailand.

great to stay with they at first I was afraid to stay be the night was great and the day time is was ok but only the tv need more channel in English and thai sub .... The swimming pool need more on upgrade...
