Fantastic
The bathrooms are clean and the staff was very helpful. We didn't order breakfast because it seemed expensive at 30 euros per person.

Fantastic
The hotel is in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We traveled with a baby and the hotel set us up wonderfully. We did not use or need any amenities outside of our rooms that were well appointed. Nice to have a complimentary mini bar and Nespresso

Stayed with kids

The room we got was beautiful. The balcony windows were an unexpected surprise. The only issue we had was somehow my booking for 3 was only listed as 2 but the hotel staff quickly added a bed for my son. The bathroom wall is also completely made out of glass (most of it is frosted) and the door doesn’t latch. This took us by surprise but didn’t take away from the hotel or room at all. If we stay there again we would opt for two rooms so we have more privacy. All of the staff we encountered were fantastic, pleasant and helpful. My partner and son both had the breakfast one day and said it was delicious. I could not have it since I’m celiac and couldn’t risk being sick on the trip. The location is perfect for visiting Marienplatz and the Viktualienmarkt. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great little hotel, right in the middle of where the action is - the Viktualienmarkt right across the street with lots of options for breakfast and lunch. Around the corner, just a couple of minutes away is the Marienplatz, with the famous Glockenspiel. Parking is a bit challenging, but there's a parking structure a few minutes away, and you can get a discount code from the front desk. We highly recommend this hotel.
