Kudos to the staff of this hotel for their outstanding hospitality throughout our journey in Almaty,Kazakhstan. Their warm & welcoming attitude made a lasting impression. Special thanks to the shuttle driver, whose unwavering support us deeply. Waking up early to take us to the airport not one but three times, showed a level of dedication We'll never forget.
