Very big and clean hotel. Staffs were great and helpful. However, it would be nice if they could modify/ include some meats to the breakfast buffet, for those who want to have a brunch. The transportation was another cons for the stay. The shuttle bus provided takes too long time to get to haram and they drop you half way and make you take public bus just to drop you off under bridge of clock tower. The haram masjid is just about 3- 5 mins drive away if you drive straight down the road. However, the buses and taxis take around the highway and take about 30 min to get to haram. I don’t know why they keep doing that but when I tell taxis drivers to just drive straight down the road they do that, but if I don’t tell them, they drive you around. I guess I don’t have the authority to tell the buses to drive down the road. In general, the hotel is great but getting to haram is a hassle and the shuttle they claim they provide is not helping. It was just a waste of time from your prayer schedule. Not suitable for western countries such as USA.

Great
We liked over there everything except bit disappointed in shuttle services from hotel to haram. As we had to wait more than 10 minutes every-time that increases our travel time to haram. Overall experience was very good for accommodation and food.
