Raia Hotel Alor Setar is truly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Everything about Raia suits me very well, from the comfortable and clean rooms to the calm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The facilities are well maintained, and the overall environment feels peaceful and relaxing. The location is also convenient and easy to access. Stayed at the Raia Hotel in Alor Setar and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a 4-minute drive from the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers. Despite being a 4-star hotel, the rates are very reasonable, and the amenities provided are satisfactory. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, with spotless rooms and a very clean bathroom. I also appreciated the range of TV channels available, which made for some relaxing downtime. One of the highlights of my stay was the view of the surrounding paddy fields, which was absolutely breathtaking. There was a minor issue with the telephone in the room, but the staff was quick to offer someone to fix it promptly. For the price, the hotel offers good value for money with decent amenities. Overall, Raia Hotel is a solid choice for anyone visiting Alor Setar.

The facilities were good. The only thing that I’m not really satisfied were their bedsheet, cover and duvet. The hotel need to invest on good chemical to clean the sheet and linen, as i found a lot of stain on it eventhough after I requested changing to a new one. Overall the hotel was good in providing the basic amenities. Hope can improve better in future.
