Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Internet speed is poor, fast enough to check your email and barely much more.

Most polite staff

The rooms smelled musty even when they moved us to another room

Room was clean, restaurant and bar facility was good. There is a large pool that is well maintained.

Room was clean but carpet has stains on it

All was AMAZING

The staff is all incredible. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy, however the hotel is tired & dated. The common areas (hallways, stairwells, pool area) are not cleaned or maintained. Also no lighting in the stairwell. I was disappointed in my selection of hotel.

The hotel overall was okay. The rooms themselves were updated and had most all you could need while the common areas could benefit from a refresh. The breakfast was the real star of the stay. If you need to be connected while in Palau, this would not be a good hotel choice as cellular service is already a challenge on the island making wifi vital. The staff however was always nice and the location of the hotel was good. So it really comes down to what you need in a stay.
