Fantastic
This is a great place to stay if you want to be in the city centre. There's so many great places to eat and drink while you explore Copenhagen, as well as meeting an amazing diversity of travellers!! The DreamBoks capsules are fantastic, and a great way to have privacy on a budget. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the bar has some great deals for drinks! I will absolutely return in the future!!

we stayed in a bunkbed room with the bathroom/shower combo. luckily on the first floor so not horribly hot (we were there in July) but smokers galore right under our window and lots of noise around during the nighttime. the shower was the bathroom itself and was the first time I'd used one. kinda inconvenient with the water but it all dried by morning with the door open. wouldn't stay here again. it was mostly fine but we didn't sleep well.

The door lock was really hard to use because the code was difficult to press. The dorm rooms were really hot and humid. It never cooled down.

Stayed with friends

Brilliant location, onsite bar was great. The keyless system was overly complex to get set up and the app did not work, but we were given a manual code to use instead and that was fine. On our floor there were only three toilets so ended up queuing during the morning rush. However there was a sink in the room. Room was clean, and they offered activities to get involved in. I would stay here again!

Solo stay

I can't really fault this place as a hostel. All the locks are operated using sophisticated web technology (so don't forget to carry your phone at all times), the capsule/bed was small but comfortable and the toilets and showers were all surprisingly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and, importantly, available 24-hours a day. They even have a events for solo travellers, though I was only there for one night so I didn't attend. Couldn't really ask for much more!

I had to pay for a towel and soap never understood why because we pay to stay the night. The was no good ventilation inside the capsule it was very warm. The staff decent. The only good thing is the location
