it was very easy to check-in and check-out. The staff don’t speak a lot of English but I don’t speak Vietnamese, either - nothing that Google Translate can’t fix. They have laundry service, which we availed. Our clothes came back on time as they promised, all clean and heated. They also assisted us in some tourist attraction, which we also availed. thank you, Chill Place.
