I booked this hotel, but during check-in, the front office staff informed us that the AC in our room wasn’t working. They kindly offered to arrange a transfer to another hotel and even showed us the place we would be moved to. Our original booking at Golden Sun Villa didn’t include breakfast, but the new hotel was upgraded with breakfast included. They also booked a Grab taxi for us to the new hotel.

From the moment we arrived, Du Tran and the entire team greeted us with genuine warmth—checking in on us throughout the day, sharing friendly chit‑chat, and always making sure we felt completely comfortable. Our room was exceptionally spacious, fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, and spotlessly clean—truly a home away from home. Every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with plenty of variety to suit every palate. The staff’s helpfulness, cheerful demeanor, and attentive service created a welcoming atmosphere at every turn. We highly recommend Golden Villa Hotel for an unforgettable stay!
