Personalised and very pleasant Service. Bed Linen and duvet were exceptionally clean. Dinner 3 course meal was very good. The lounge beside the reception with Coffee/Tea and cold drinks/snacks was a nice gesture and relaxing. The best Chalet we stayed in during our trip to Europe. Highly recommended.

Everything was clean and the staff were excellent and friendly. They made you feel like you were family. The breakfast was fantastic and they make custom coffee or chocolate. Staff was also able to help with advice for things to see. They have a chef and you can have dinner at the hotel if desired. The hotel also does your laundry for a small fee. Very useful if you are traveling light. We loved our stay!

Great location just below train station with extremely helpful staff. We left super early because of at trail run start and Thomas and Sandra were fabulous getting us fed early with a great breakfast!!!

Excellent base to stay in the region. I have stayed in many places in Switzerland/Wengen, none as friendly. We wasted a couple of nights eating out when we should have had the food at the hotel which was superb. great hotel.

Solo stay

My stay was absolutely incredible. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My balcony overlooked a beautiful mountain view and the room was clean. There was free coffee and tea all day as well as breakfast (not all day though) and a sauna (too hot for that so I didn't check it out but I'm sure it's fabulous). I think this is one of the best stays I've ever had at a hotel.
