I booked for a non-smoking room but I was assigned to a smoking floor. The hallway has a strong smell of cigarette. I found out that I was in a smoking floor after my check-in. I don’t know if the reception was paying attention to my booking. The room is pretty big for 1 person. My booking says that it has river view but the river was too far from sight. The view that I can see is the pool and the tall condo buildings around it. Restaurant has scheduled open time which is weird. I had to order food as room service since restaurant have specific time to open. Bathroom is pretty decent but NO bidet. This is a 5-star hotel but no bidet. A bit dissapointed on that. Most challenging part was communication. Not everyone can speak English. Selected people at the reception can speak english. Connecting to wifi is also a challenge because I need to have a china mbile number and their tech guy had to come to my room and use his number for me to be connected. The location of the hotel is very far from the city and airport. The facade and reception area of the hotel is nice though.
