We loved our stay! Location was awesome! We were in older model so outdated yet roomy. Clean and daily cleaning fantastic! First front desk guy was mean and not friendly. I felt u welcomed and he gave me no hotel information. The rest were better. The facilities seemed good but on down low. Meaning we were not told or invited to use, we had to find, ask, or just use. The outside of hotel and one elevator seemed a little sketchy.

We stayed in 1505 top floor over looking the beach. The views are amazing. Cental location easy access to all transport and pick up for day tours. The only downside was the bathroom set up, The shower was inside a large spa bath that requires a big step up and down with no rail to hold, with the floor getting very wet it did feel a bit unsafe.

Had a great stay! Room is huge! Bed and pillows are so comfortable! Bathroom is so clean. Housekeeping is so friendly and nice. Hotel's location is perfect, just a few meters away from the beach. A lot of cafes, stores, restaurants nearby.

location is quite a distance from the busan ktx station. but upon reaching the hotel, staff was very accommodating, room was spacious (we are 3 guests) and location is a stones throw away from the beach! good breakfast as well! overall was still a great experience!
