Comfortable, amazing hotel in a great location. Staff are really welcoming and friendly, and if you’re hungry, there’s lots of yummy local food spots around. Will be back again!

Close to the subway station, clean and tidy, safe and quiet. The swimming pool was great for a refreshing swim. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful — overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay. : )

Had a ceiling leakage in the toilet - the hotel staff was quick to address the issue and managed to change room. Rooms were not exactly soundproof.

About 3min walk from the nearest City Hall station exit (lift is available), note that there is an uphill walk. Rather quiet area, has some restaurants and convenience stores right around the corner. Staff is friendly and room is clean. Basic toiletries provided. Only strange thing is that the toilet door is a one-way mirror meaning that you can look in from outside but not look out from inside. Overall had a pleasant stay, recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly and provided good service. Facilities were clean and modern. Gym is very small but usable. Washing machines + detergent dryer are available for use but at a fee. Room is very spacious. Great location with convenience store and several restaurants just downstairs. A bakery (Elie's Pie) is also located downstairs which has fantastic pastries - a must try. Hotel is also walkable to Goryeo Samgyetang City Hall Branch, a ginseng chicken restaurant on the Michelin Guide. Hotel is 20min walk to Myeongdong and ~10min to Seoul Station by bus. The aircon in our initial hotel room was faulty so the room was not cooling at all. We told the staff and they changed us to the room next door, and told us to take our time to move our belongings and return the card at our convenience. Showering area in the new room was leaky and a part of the toilet floor will be wet after showering. Not a super major concern for us as we were too lazy to change to another room again so we just beared with it for the next few days. Overall, still a very pleasant stay at the hotel and we enjoyed our time there.

I stayed for 5 nights and gotten a 3 single bed room on the 17th floor. For a 3 star hotel, I couldn’t ask for more. Room was huge, a lot of space to place the luggages, there’s a sofa to place stuffs and a small table to eat if needed, they provide toothbrushes and toothpastes, separated Shower area and Potty area (potty has heated seats!) and plugs were assessable everywhere to charge the devices. Laundry is a little expensive. KW5k each for washer and dryer and the dryer is not that powerful so much so I had to pay twice to dry my load. Just downstairs, there are several good restaurants to eat and also convenient stores. Only down side is there isn’t much to do/go around near the hotel unless you take the metro and 1 stop later, you are at Myeongdong which is also walkable distance. Overall happy w my stay.
