The check-in was horrible! Only one person working at the desk for the whole hotel??? No entertainment. No music at the adults pool. The staff is not nearly as friendly as the other hotels I’ve been to in puerto Vallarta. By far the worst experience- choose another hotel I guarantee you’ll have a better time.

Great resort !!! Super friendly staff. Found sometimes the information board was hard to follow or would incorrectly show which restaurants would be open.

Pool closes early. Buffets are not open all day. It’s not relaxing trying to relax and still plan your eating schedule! Food wasn’t the best either. Not staying here again. They try to sell you the timeshare at the beginning by giving you an offer for 1:30hr of your time but if you say your time is strictly that time they void everything they promise. *Rocio and her manager*
