Seda Ayala is truly top-tier! ⭐️ The location is perfect, with easy access to Ayala Center, making shopping, dining, and getting around so convenient. The customer service was exceptional, everyone was warm, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. And the breakfast buffet was definitely one of the highlights, so many delicious choices, and everything we tried was really good! Overall, we had such a wonderful and comfortable stay at Seda Ayala. Definitely a hotel we’d love to come back to. Highly recommended! ❤️

Second time to stay in this hotel and I can say that It’s cost effective. Buffet breakfast is good , rooms are clean and comfortable but most of all the service is impecable, from the doorman to the front desk and housekeeping . I would like to commend all personnel , it was a great 3 night stay. Will definitely go back and refer this Seda branch.

second time here at seda and always loved the food! since a portion of ayala center cebu which is adjacent to the hotel is under construction, the pool area is unavailable to the guests. didn’t know that the pool could not be used prior to the booking of this hotel. therefore, check-in guests are allowed to use the pool of city sports which is across the hotel. it gives a little bit of inconvenience but it is understandable tho
