Sheraton Hotel at Newport Mall is an excellent place to stay. The service is consistently warm and professional, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is incredibly convenient with easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
The lobby is smaller compared to other major hotels, but it’s well-designed, cozy, and still manages to feel welcoming. Once you’re checked in, everything else—from the amenities to the overall atmosphere—reflects the high standards you’d expect from a Sheraton property.
Overall, a great hotel experience and highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.
