Fantastic

Junior Suite, Balcony, Lake View (Classy) · 3 Adults · 3 Nights

Booked through Klook and got a 16th-floor room – the lake & Alpine view was absolutely breathtaking! The room was modern, clean, and the minibar was complimentary (rare in Switzerland!). Breakfast at Bel Horizon was a highlight – huge buffet with a live egg station, plus panoramic windows. Loved the free coffee, water, and popcorn in the lobby all day – perfect for relaxing after exploring. Staff were super friendly and gave us a free drink voucher (though we didn't use it). Location is central, steps from the train station and lakeside promenade. Only downside: the AC is poorly placed in a corner and doesn't cool the whole room. Warm nights + no breeze made sleeping uncomfortable – opening the balcony didn't help. If you're a hot sleeper, bring a fan or ask about AC effectiveness. Overall, highly recommend for the views, breakfast, and service – just manage expectations on cooling. Would stay again!

Mona is a kids friendly hotel as they provide flexibility in check-in and check-out time upon request. the staff in the breakfast always smiling and trying to help up. the staffs at the lobby are great as well, we feel very welcome during our stay. that’s washing machine at lvl8, which is a big help to us for the laundry. that’s complimentary snack bar at the lobby, each time we’re too cold from outside, always feeling good to grab a cup of hot chocolate/coffee/tea, and fresh pop corn making through out the day. both adults and kids are happy with Mona. highly recommended!

This Hotel is magnificent. The staff is very polite and helful. They are multilingual. The hotel offers lots of free snacks, fabulous. it has a jacuzzi, so special. the room is superb, with a little balcony , we had breatfast looking at the lake. the Breakfast fuffet was so delicious, huge variety and nutritional. The view of the lake from the rooms are so amazing, priceless. It has a little marina to take a boat for a ride on lake Geneva. An amazing restaurant offering delicious dishes. The early check in and late check out is very helpful. It gave me time to go to the lake and take a swim to go back and get ready to return to Paris. Overal, this hotel is the best in the area. The one thing missing is a swimming pool. I loved it a lot and I highly recommended.
