the hotel's location is exceptional but would benefit from some renovation. Housekeepers cleaning the room could improve on the cleanliness part, there were still hairS on the bath tub after cleaning the room.

best location just across Central World and adjacent to Big C. accessible to the Sky Walk offers safe walk to/from Platinum Plaza. building itself evidently wornout and needs renovation to keep up with facilities and amenities that more modern hotels offer.

it's a old hotel but refurbished may be 1-2 years ago. Overall facilities may not in tip top condition. But with the strategic location near to Erawan Shine Central Mall,, Pratumwan mall even walking 10mins to nearest BTS station (Chit lom) and access to Asok/Nana or even ChatTuchak, reasonable price offered including a kinda big swimming with one section open to the sky , and another half remain as indoor, a variety choices of buffet breakfast covering Thai style and western menu, a very powerful aircorn system. A basic overnight rest is good enough.

the hotel location can’t be better: right in front of Central World and within walking distance of everything. staff at the door are very welcoming and helpful. malee’s staff are warm; there is one senior female desk person who was stern: not your typical Thai hospitality. better for back room already as she must be tired of her job. room size is generous. Wi-Fi works well. room is clean. hallways are quiet. we were there for Christmas-they laid little cookie bags for us-see picture.

Stayed at Arnoma Grand and loved how central it was—close to everything with the BTS just a short walk away. Tons of food options nearby, from street eats to restaurants. Perfect spot for getting around Bangkok with ease.
