Cons:
We didn't like the FAR walking because our key cards couldn't work at the side gate (we had to walk from Oceana B through a labyrinth including through various floors, to get to the lobby, then outside back towards Oceana B to get to the parking garage--my feet still ache 3 days later). There are no luggage trolleys nor anyone to help with luggage (at least, I didn't see any for the duration of our stay). The "double" beds are super tiny, making sleep and comfort very difficult (a double room can fit 2-3 people, not more). Our necks ached everyday from the uncomfortable, cheap pillows.
Pros:
Waterpark was great and almost worth all of the above cons. Centrally located, including near Kmart and various eateries. Free parking was nice (although I'd gladly pay for valet to avoid all that walking!). Staff are attentive when you need something (our shower adjuster was broken and they sent maintenance and had it fixed within 2 hours).
