I love this resort clean and beautiful the only thing is I felt it’s more for kids there was no partying at the resort otherwise good for relaxing

Natalia welcomed us with such a kind and caring attitude and checked out on daily basis to see whether there is anything we needed. Any every single staff from restaurant to poolside was nice and kind. Perfect.

This is our second stay Aug 2026 after March 2022. We came for the beach with strong waves that my daughter loves. Despite last time the beach was occupied by WEEDS and made using the beach almost impossible. Out of 5 nights we had 4 nights with AC not working properly and it was warm. They fixed it for the third night of our stay but became broken again for 4th and 5th night.

The spa charge me more, but they say to refund me never refund my money back

Beautiful resort and rooms. Loved the family concierge who catered very much to the children and parents alike . Visited for my sons 9th birthday and he enjoyed all the personal touches specially arranged for him.

We had a really good time, I am going to do pros and cons but before that, I would like to thank couple of people, Rommel from concierge who made our stay great and waiter Atilano from blue agave restaurant, who gave us such a good service and in return only wanted us to give the hotel a good review if we liked the service. Both are excellent employees who care about customers. Pros: Property is posh and high end, you will not regret the money you spent. Great food, plenty of variety in food and getting a booking is not too bad. Good pools to choose from, the kids pool has slides which kids enjoy. The package with sunset tour and concierge is totally worth it. Cons: I booked king but got a double bed, I expect to get what I book and don't like last min surprises for long stays. The room got hot! The thermo said 68 but at night it definitely got higher, they said they will have maintenance check it, but didn't'' happen during our stay. The pools are two sizes, one is deeper, 5ft-ish other is for kids which is may be 3 feet. They need a pool in between for kids, they are still in the small pool and cant go to 5 feet. I am giving it a 4 star and not a 5 because I asked for coffee and water the last day, I called 3 times, but it never came. I expected better and this was a disappointing, which was otherwise really good service. Overall, I would surely recommend this place, I am leaving this feedback for the hotel to read and fix some of the things that could be fixed.
