We stayed for 5 days on a family trip and truly enjoyed our experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone at the hotel was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The location was amazing, and our room was neat, comfortable, and well maintained.
We opted for both buffet breakfast and dinner, and the food had a great variety of choices. What stood out most was the level of care from the restaurant team. The staff would regularly stop by to make sure we had everything we needed, and they were always warm and attentive. Even with my 10-year-old, who can be a little picky with food, we had absolutely no issues.
A special mention to Mino and the housekeeping team, who took great care of us and consistently made sure everything in our room was just the way we liked it. Karim and the entire restaurant team were also wonderful and made us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay.
The warmth extended beyond the restaurant and housekeeping — everyone we interacted with, from the reception and lobby staff to the other hotel employees, was friendly and welcoming.
It’s rare to find a hotel where the entire team consistently goes the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. Our family truly enjoyed our stay, and we would be very happy to return. Highly recommended!
