Solo stay

Grundsätzlich ok und in Laufnähe zum Bahnhof St.Charles. Klassisches 3-Sterne-Hotel, das für die gebotenen Leistungen aber definitiv zu teuer ist. 2 Dinge fand ich befremdlich: Obwohl bei Anreise die Zimmer schon fertig und bezugsbereit waren, ließ man alle Neuankömmlinge bis exakt 14:00 in der Lobby warten, um dann mit dem Check-in bei den vielen Menschen überfordert zu sein. Beim Frühstück steht ein Securitymensch am Buffet und kontrolliert, dass nicht zu viel gegessen wird und auf keinen Fall etwas mitgenommen wird- und sei es nur ein Apfel. Hinterlässt einen merkwürdigen Eindruck....

Hôtel bien situé pas loin de la gare St Charles et quelques centaines de mètres du centre ville et du vieux port c est idéal pour un séjour à Marseille un petit déjeuner variés très bien dans l ensemble je le conseille vivement

The level of service is close to their hotels in japan. But much higher level than other local hotels. Laundary facility is very helpful, ac adjustable vent make stay much pleasant. Breakfast is great and included. Staffs speak english... late check out is 10 euro per hour till 1pm... Highly recommended.

Petit déjeuner simple et produit bas de gamme Ma voiture était au garage mais des travaux ont eu lieu dans le parking juste à coté de mon stationnement et j ai retrouvé ma voiture toute blanche de poussières de plâtre on aurai pu me prévenir pour déplacer ma voiture sinon hôtel bien situé proche de la gare et du métro Hôtel propre

This hotel designed for the people who need to stay 1 night between train schedule or flight schedule. May be for this who does not have money at all, VERY BED UNSAFE AND DEPRESSING LOCATION. Very uncomfortable dining room, not serving vegetables at all. Not enough eggs and serial if you are coming 2 hours later and no body care that you pay price for the food that they do not have in the proper quantity. DEFINITELY THIS HOTEL NOT FOR THE TRAVELERS. I have been rubt by gypsies. This is the quality of hotel location. I talk to the taxi drivers, locals and all of them told me that hotel location in the not safe area. The hotel should disclosed this information. See pictures attached. My room has 1 broken lamp and they was not able to fix because handyman working only 3 day a week and it was not the day I stayed. No plugs for phone near bed only on opposite wall. No shelfs for cosmetic in the shower. No any shelfs for closing.

Solo stay

At first I wondered why it was called Tokyo Inn, but the hotel is actually a little piece of Japan, right here in Marseille. I haven’t been in Japan for years so this reminded me of good memories, and quite unexpected. I would recommend, location is very convenient next to Saint Charles station and hotel is very clean.
