Below average
The hotel seems to get worse with every stay. The pool was green and clearly not well maintained. The staff is friendly and tries to help, but they seem unmotivated, perhaps due to poor management. It honestly makes me feel sad to write this because the hotel has an incredible location and breathtaking views. Unfortunately, the property is deteriorating more and more each day, and it no longer reflects the potential of such a beautiful place.

Great
Good location with nearby mall and pharmacies, restaurant in the hotel, good swimming pool, staff were friendly and respectful. Our concierge, Camila, did a great job in welcoming us and provided a lot of helpful information. She was professional, friendly, and responsive to our needs and requests (and accommodated us for a fridge that we needed). We will stay there again. Thank you Krystal Urban.
