Not a good stay, given the relatively high cost for a hostel; have stayed in budget hotels with far more free amenities. The front desk staff not as friendly & warm as one would expect from anyone working in hospitality. Was assured towels are available, only to be handed credit card machine when requesting one (€3.50 for a towel rental? Really? After charging hundreds of euros for two nights stay?); the shower on main floor was out of service, to boot. Hard to sleep through the night as one can hear footsteps, conversations, etc. Best avoided unless it’s the only option for your date(s) of visit, however unlikely that is.

It doesn't have a place to wash and dry clothes, besides there isn't facilities for freezing foods or cut an orange or something like that. It's like a hotel, it is not a hostal.
