At first, the staff gave me a different room. I raised this concern to the staff and she immediately told me that the room I booked in Klook is not existing. So I contacted Klook and they said there was a mistake on their part. The room is indeed not existing and they will update the picture of the room next time. Klook offered me a partial refund. Meanwhile, the staff helped me find the exact room I booked in Klook in a different hotel. I love the way she approached me and she is very concerned about the problem I encountered. Instead of accepting her suggestion, I just chose to stay in this hotel because the staffs are very graceful, approachable and concerned. The people working here are super hospitable. I forgot the name of the lady in the front office that helped me but I will upload our photo here. I think she deserved a promotion for an exceptional hospitality. I felt like I was at home staying here in this hotel. Guys, you should book this hotel in Siem Reap.
