Stayed with family

The hotel is in the current city construction zone. A lot of dust, blocked streets, tough to approach or park. The property itself is clean, but aging and even renovation does not cure it completely. Very-very hard beds and seating everywhere too. Smelly hallways. Loud noises. Water dripped from the ceiling into my juice glass while in the breakfast buffet! The buffet itself is good and plenty, but not as spectacular as other hotel buffets in the area. Overall, the hotel is still good and delivers, but we were also a bit disappointing by comparison to our recent stay in its sister property NYX.

Room was excellent, bar and lounge area recently renovated ....and very spacious Work being done in the street outside the hotel, and check in could have been better, but overall an excellent value for money stay.

Love the receptionist, blond girl, very friendly. Breakfast is up to a local standards. Normally we are always staying in the Leonardo hotels if there an option in the cities. Never disappointed so far
