Perfectly located in the middle of everything! Many restaurants, cafes and shopping within the Old Quarter of Hanoi. A step away from Ho Kiem Lake. The Weeked. Night Market is right outside the hotel, you can shop till you drop. The double room was perfect for solo traveler and for a short stay. I stayed 3 nights. Beds were comfortable, with the right firmness and pillows were fluffy. Shower pressure was fantastic. Good speed WiFi for updating your social but maybe not good for streaming. Unfortunately the view does not have a view. Also the room might be too cramped for a couple, no seating area. My other complaint was the AC. The staff seems to turn it off during the day. Also one night I woke sweating since the AC turned off. Called the front desk and they were able to reset. The staff are wonderful, always with a smile. The breakfast buffet also offers a good variety of offerings with made to order fried eggs, omelet and also bowl of pho. I recommend this hotel for the location.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The reception was warm, and the staff was friendly. The hotel was clean, with a comfy bed and a great breakfast. Its location was convenient, close to many eateries and shops for clothing and souvenirs. The only downside was the small room size and lack of a view.
