Location is perfect. But hotel is not living in 2026. Room deposit is still by cash instead of card. Upon arrival, instead of offering me to leave my baggage and even if seeing how exhausted I was, front desk lady wants me to pay the room deposit fee first. Coming from a cashless society, it's about time they update their system. The nearest ATM is a 10-min walk and it was an inconvenience to not even receive some service or empathy even though the room is fully paid.

we booked a standard room but got upgraded to a deluxe room for free upon check in. klook had the best deal among all other booking apps (T, B, A) with free cancellation up to a certain date. the deluxe room was very spacious. the room rate includes free breakfast but no free airport shuttle. they didnt serve dried fish for breakfast because of the smell. the staff are well trained because they handle foreigners. its our second time here. and we will be back again next year. there is free water in every hallway. room has hot shower, with no adjustable temperature. cr had towel, shampoo, conditioner, tissue paper and hand soap. no other toiletries like toothbrush. the aircon was not cleaned and i kept sneezing. the trash bin had no garbage bag. there was a convertible couch in the room.
