hotel location: easiest way by walking is through lvl 2 of paragon mall and exiting the back entrance right beside paul then walk a straight path uphill. (if you're bringing luggages, might be best to come by cab unless you don't mind the walk up and distance) service: tip top hospitality from the day we checked in til the day we checked out. we were offered complimentary ice cream sandwiches which we enjoyed for 2 days as well as grabbing the pretzels on the go and snacking back to our room! we also got gifted their mascot dolls as a souvenier which was the cutest surprise. cleanliness: superb housekeeping! we would always come back to our rooms being made everyday and everything given are brand new. overall, my gf and i really enjoyed our stay and we couldn't be more appreciative of the very welcoming environment we were greeted with and the exceptional service given. both the check in and out went by very smoothly and easy. the room had smart tv with my name and welcome message

Location is behind FEP, near to mt e hospital. Need to do some walking (upslope if via lucky plaza, thru mt e hospital). No bottle water provided, but there is a welcome icecream sandwich given. Stay is comfortable, but can hear noises from outside. Amenties are provided.

Overall experience at Quincy Hotel was great. My experience with the staff was definitely the highlight of the whole trip. They were warm but professional, and very quick to help with whatever issue that came up. Breakfast was delicious and generous! The facilities were also fairly well managed, and I enjoyed them. Location-wise, it was about a 10 mins walk to central Orchard, so it was easy to reach entertainment or public transport. Not really any big issue with the cleanliness, however the toilet was a bit slippery, seemingly due to some residue on the floor - probably cream of sorts - and we didn't spill anything. Regardless, a fabulous experience at Quincy. Would recommend.

Booked Quincy for an anniversary trip. Hotel was in a nice quiet street - a short 12 minute walk from Orchard MRT. Room was cool and perfectly clean, perfect after a long day out in the Singapore sun. Included breakfast was great as were the complimentary snacks and drinks.

I loved the hotel alot, especially the free buffet breakfast and high tea! But the only doubt I have is that it is quite inconvenient to reach. Not bear MRT, have to walk around 1km before reaching.

Simply wonderful The room is well kept and spacious. We enjoy the bathtub. Breakfast and evening cocktails with canapés are tasty! Food are well presented. I must also add that the selection of the breakfast and beverages is amazing! The staff at the restaurant is always attentive and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay at the Quincy Hotel and will definitely come back again.

I had a great 3D2N stay at Quincy. I chose this hotel as they had 24hr refreshments as well as free wine & canapés from 6-8pm. swimming pool was also 24hrs! staff were attentive, polite and friendly. some minor mistakes were staff forgetting to serve water, granola which was included in breakfast sets and no coasters. We are allowed to have two drinks of our choice during cocktail hour but was rejected our 2nd drink as they were busy so they gave us some small snacks even though we were disappointed. location is great...near to Paragon, Far East plaza n Lucky plaza. I would stay here again if the price is good!

Excellent service from the Quincy staff during my 2 days stay to celebrate my birthday. Room was clean, swimming pool and gym bookings are well managed and booking process is more convenient then other hotels I've been to. Quincy went the extra mile to change our room when my friend puked in the room. Especially love the lounge meal selections, evening canapés and cocktail variety. Appreciate the polaroid photo and birthday cake which was a nice gesture, will definitely stay with them again!
