The room, staff, breakfast and fitness centre. Zswimming pool and sauna were all great but it is the location in the Tatra mountains that makes it unforgetable.

We stayed in a studio in the residences building. Very spacious, we were on back so quiet and shady and cool (no AC but there was a fan that was pretty good at moving the air). Small kichenette and small amount of crockery etc, there was a dishwasher too. Comfy bed, inner bathroom (no ventilation so really hot in there). Great position on quiet side of Zakopane, walked up from station in 15 mins, 8-10 mins to the main touristy street with loads of shops and bars.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Raddisson Blue. The room was clean and had a slight mountain view! We hadn’t realised we could access the spa facilities with our stay so this was a nice surprise upon arrival. Our only complaint is that the aircon doesn’t go lower than 19 degrees and isn’t very powerful so it was quite warm at night. Excellent location for walking into the town and getting buses/ walking to the hiking routes.

Room was spacious and clean , but some things didn’t work ( phone , shower was flooding, soap bottle came out in the toilet room) . Breakfast was very nice . Staff was extremely helpful and very polite. Nice stay overall.
