The hotel is centrally located in Jeju City, making it very convenient for getting around. If you’re driving, remember to register your vehicle to enjoy complimentary parking. However, the car park is rather dimly lit, so do be extra careful when parking. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on the same floor as the reception, which is a plus. There’s also a small 7-Eleven in the basement, but do take note of its operating hours as it is not open 24 hours. The room was spacious and comfortable, although there was only one sofa seat. The shower took a while to heat up, which was a minor inconvenience. On the positive side, I really liked the shampoo and body wash provided, as they smelled lovely! Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay with a convenient location and friendly service. Would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Jeju!

The location was great. It was easy to get around, and there was a shuttle service to the airport as early as 7 AM. The staff were generally friendly and warm.

Lotte City Hotel Jeju is located near Jeju Airport, and it takes about 5 minutes by taxi. I got an Uber TaxiXL for my family, pick up at Arrival Gate 5, price 5400 won. We arrived at the hotel around 12.25 PM. The front desk is on the 6th floor. The staff was quite firm can checkin from 3pm. So we left our luggage at the reception and then walked to Olive Young store in the next building to shop. I booked a Ocean View room, where I can enjoy a great view of the sea and the airport runway. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. There are many dining venues around the hotel. I didn't include hotel breakfast. We went to a bakery called Mother Bakery which is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel provides a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport every morning. Ask about the latest schedule at the hotel reception.
