The location was great. It was easy to get around, and there was a shuttle service to the airport as early as 7 AM. The staff were generally friendly and warm.

Lotte City Hotel Jeju is located near Jeju Airport, and it takes about 5 minutes by taxi. I got an Uber TaxiXL for my family, pick up at Arrival Gate 5, price 5400 won. We arrived at the hotel around 12.25 PM. The front desk is on the 6th floor. The staff was quite firm can checkin from 3pm. So we left our luggage at the reception and then walked to Olive Young store in the next building to shop. I booked a Ocean View room, where I can enjoy a great view of the sea and the airport runway. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. There are many dining venues around the hotel. I didn't include hotel breakfast. We went to a bakery called Mother Bakery which is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel provides a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport every morning. Ask about the latest schedule at the hotel reception.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, and I even was allowed an early check-in. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the comfy bed and modern bathroom. The hotel’s location was also a huge plus, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants.
