Our stay was not bad, but I don’t think it’s worth the price we paid. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the public areas were well maintained. However, the rooms were very old and in desperate need of refurbishment. The breakfast buffet was average - Chinese food was okay, but western style food was basically inedible. We tried the Chinese restaurant in the hotel, which offered Cantonese and local Hainan dishes. The food was surprisingly good and we went there twice. With that being said, I won’t come back again because of the run-down rooms and poor quality of breakfast buffet. It didn’t meet the standards of a 5-star hotel.
