The hotel itself is great. There is a 24 hour reception and the staff was very helpful. If you arrive before check in, they will hold your bags behind the desk. The rooms were spacious and clean and nice. The amenities were great! The rooftop was lovely with a beautiful view of the Acropolis. The swimming pool was nice also with a beautiful view. My only complaint is that the neighborhood felt a little sketchy like it was getting outside of the general tourist area so we typically walked to and from during the day but after dark we took Uber Taxi back. The street the hotel is on did feel safer and cleaner than other streets/hotels within a 5 minute walk because it was off the busy road.

The room was clean but very small for 2 adults and 2 children. The sofa bed for the children was extremely uncomfortable, the mattress was very thin. There was a nasty smell in the corridor of the 2nd floor that didn’t go away. The pool area was very crowded but it has lovely views and the children enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good but if you go down late there won’t be much left and you will have to wait to be seated. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice hotel and suitable for a short stay.

Well to begin with I have never experienced anything like this at a hotel what I experienced with Novotel Athens! First of all I had booked my booking with breakfast they mentioned it was not included so we had to pay for breakfast for 8 days for 6 of us. Secondly, I asked reception if they can send water bottle to my room they mentioned water is only complementary on the first day after that we must buy the water bottle from their rooftop restaurant/bar; irons were given but for limited time and the housekeeper would take it regardless we were in our rooms or not. I don’t have anything good to say about the hotel that was my experience overall it was “Okay” do think twice before booking because the area is a little shady too (Druggies around that area).

Le déjeuner est décadent, c’est l’un des meilleurs déjeuner inclut! Super variété, excellente qualité et des mets typique de la Grèce. La chambre et le tapis était un peu humide. La piscine était très bien avec une très belle vue de la ville et de l’acropole. Service de navette gratuit pour se rendre à l’acropole était très apprécié.
