Fees to be Collected at Check-in (Cash Only): - Refundable Security Deposit: MYR 50 per room - Heritage Fee (Local Government): MYR 1 per room per night - Tourism Fee (Royal Malaysian Customs): MYR 10 per room per night (applicable only to non-Malaysian guests) - If these fees have already been paid to Agoda, guests must provide proof of payment upon arrival. Children & Extra Bed Policy - Children below 3 years old stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents. - Extra mattress (no bed frame, 3 inches thickness, placed directly on the floor) is available on request and subject to additional charges. Hotel Rights to Refuse Service - The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a booking under the following circumstances: - Guest refuses to provide valid identification. - Guest engages in inappropriate, abusive, or illegal behavior. - Guest fails to comply with hotel policies.
